Jaggersbwn Posted 11/10/2008 @ 19:32 I can't believe Kubica, that's ridiculous, does he not remember all that wheel banging that he had with Massa in Japan last year & then his dangerously misjudged attempted overtake at Montreallast year when he came off worse. Like Ron Dennis states, he should concentrate on his own performances....... It looks like he did! Way to go Kubica. I am glad it wasn't me that shot myself in my expensive stiletto's ;)
Sorry Spamilton fans... Yeah, he's a talented shoe, but trying to put him in the category of legends like Senna is a bit daft. I don't recall Senna or Schuey or Prost or well, any legend talking as much shite as Spammy. The only guys who talk crap like Spammy are hacks live Irvine. Spammy is fast no doubt, but face it, he's a dink. I think Brits would love him even if he were George W. Bush. At least Davies and the rest of the mental spastics on PF1 would. Jeez, all he had to do was follow Kimi into turn one and he probably wins this race and is that much closer to locking up the WC, but his massive ego would allow that...
Don't you just love fate! Kubica still in title hunt must have done what Ron wanted.Shame Lewis did't heed his own words about composure.
Thank you Lewis fans.Your guy did the talking today on the track. He is and will stay a complete git.Lewis = no breeding. He should drive stockcars.
funny how mr dennis here thinks people shouldn´t talk so much... anybody see the irony?
Hamilton got another penalty for his aggressive driving style.. Thanks to his driving into the first corner Alonso got another victory finish. Bit ironic I think consider how they clashed last year being on the same team...
sss2512 Congratulations!! you managed to fit in "talking on track" in an unprecedented 6 times in seven lines of text. Surely a record? With some of the races this year GB, Germany, Monaco etc. watch them and tell me who you think should be WC? Does any one here remember Senna, Mansell, Schumacher???? then talk about aggresive driving. I certainly don't want to see drivers being polite and opening the door for a competitor this is a dangerous sport and the guy with the biggest balls often is the winner..
Yeah, it would be nice if Hamilton did keep his talking to on the track. I am just SO SICK of his constant yapping/bragging/excuses/wingeing OFF the track. As sss2512 says, why does Hamilton have to tell everyone that he does his talking on the track!!!
elcrowley..what the heck do you expect Kubisca to say about Hamilton "He's a really nice guy who wouldn't harm a fly". Kubisca is Toadying up to Ferrari to take Kimi seat when its ready so he's bound to make "Ferarri" comments. You clearly saw a diferent race to us I don't remember Lh making any of those moves you talk about. He didn't "push" Massa in Germany. Massa surrendered becuase he lacks the Chajones to be a great driver rememember this the same Massa who couldn't even overtake Piquets Renault for 2nd place. You're clearly not an LH supporter which is fine but every now and then take a reality check drivers don't say "nice things about each other" WHY SHOULD THEY................
Kubica is not the first driver to complain on Lewis driving style how he forces his way in. There been numerous times SpeedTV commentators commented on his "bullish" driving style pushing drivers out etc. IMO Spa he finally got what he deserved he know that the corner didn't have any barriers so pushed so hard even though it's not a over taking corner he tried to get Kimi and to next corner Kimi was past him and took corner race line and closed the window and instead of slowing down filing in he cut the corner because he carried to much speed with the lack of traction they had.
There is a difference between actually doing your talking on the track and talking about doing your talking on the track. Those who are great have no need to talk about it later. Senna, MS, Hakkinen and even Raikkonen would do their talking on the track and would have no need to mention that they did their talking on the track later. They've all never outright mentioned that they do their talking on the track. Lewis sadly feels the need to mention it. Sounds like talking off the track about apparently doing his talking on the track. Rather convoluted but you get it.
erm excuse me elcrowley, it's called motorsport, it's called racing, and lewis can race, i gather your just another sadddo of a ferari supporter who can't handle the fact that not even the FIA can stop what is about to be, the amount of times that the ferrari's have caused grief seems to go un noticed, yes all the drivers moan and groan about each other, but it's who is at the top at the end of the season that matters, and like him or loathe him, ham deserves to be where he is
elcrowley clearly knows nothing about racing cars. Shame.
Kubica is right. Hamilton is a little bit crazy and sometimes doesn`t know what he is doing. I admire Lewis because of his ambition but he must know when to say ¿stop¿. I just don`t think he wants to make anyone a disabled person.
He says he does his talking on the track so I guess all the other blabber that comes out of his mouth is not to be listened to. For someone that is only in his second year he has a lot to say about how great he is. If he wins the title this year god help us all. He will need a new helmet because his fat head won't fit. We can only hope he screws up like last year. Senna1
Harsh words... But then again it's all good, it gets a bit boring when everyone's "friends". We need another Montoya.
well, for all those people who think hamilton is the dirtiest driver on the grid, accept the fact that HEZ the man to beat on the grid....when senna was driving, people called him innumerable things about both, his driving style, AND his attitude aff the track....YET, hez still considered as the BEST DRIVER EVER to push the peddle!!!! so guyz, no matter what kinda attitude hamilton has, and no matter who thinks what about his driving, HE IS the standard on the grid today!!!!! just accept it....no veteran driver has commented on hamilton's driving till today....because they all know that hez doing something historical inside that car and they are all enjoying his driving....BUT, only a few drivers on the grid are not happy with him because they cant digest the fact that its just his second season in F1 and hez proving to be better than them!!!!! these are just some CRY-BABIES who are complaining about his driving!!!!!
It is interesting that such a high profile sport should still attract comments decorated with sour grapes. These people need to raise their game instead of trying to bring other down to their level; either that or just keep quiet. It is also disappointing that some fans have the brass hardware to demonstrate their poor grammar and shallow opinion to millions of readers. Lastly, all of the greatest drivers were (and are) accused of 'dirty driving' - nothing has changed - including the ranting and raving of the green-eyed monsters that cannot stand being losers.
If everyone drove like Lewis F1 would be awesome and i would be a happy man. For anyone who has a problem with his style i feel sorry for them. Lewis is a racer born and bread and does what all the drivers should be doing, however they are happy to just pick up their huge wage slips, but no passion. Lewis has it right, the drivers who complain are just trying to get to him and put him off winning the title. Go Lewis, ignore these idiots like I know you will.
well, I do agree with elcrowley. Hamilton's style is dirty. there's a difference between a being brave adn being and idiot. and ham is an idiot when it come to passing ppl cuz he does it in a dirty style ... and massa showed him in hungary how it's done!!
i agree with frankj27 you just go for it Lewis .
I can't believe Kubica, that's ridiculous, does he not remember all that wheel banging that he had with Massa in Japan last year & then his dangerously misjudged attempted overtake at Montreallast year when he came off worse. Like Ron Dennis states, he should concentrate on his own performances.
If I was as beauty handicapped as Kubica,I'd probably have a chip the size of grand canyon on my shoulder as well. The cheek of him (Kubica) is astounding. My mum always told me if you've nothing good to say;"Shut the F*#K up"!!!
get a crash like his in canada, and then you can talk about safety on track...man.
So right elcrowley. He only got away with his pompous driving style because the other drivers have more breeding in F1.They drive with more respect. I wonder how well his moves will stick when they start to drive as ruthless as he does?
Last i checked - Lewis is probably one of the least moaniest drivers on the track. I love his style, takes me back to seeing Michael race, WE as fans moaned for years about the lack of over taking, lack of anything. In fact the only time we had an interesting race was Rain time. Another car off the track WOW thats fun!. But NOW some one who wants to race, wants to WIN, wants to push the car to its limit and be number 1. I have loved his over taking moves, stop being such a baby about it and do it on the track. Its F1, the height of racing. We finally get what we want more racing, more unpredictable outcomes and all WE do as fans is moan. All this Anti-Lewis, really needs to grow up. Congratulations on Kimi for showing us that he still has fighting spirit.
Hmmm, interesting comments from the driver who ran Kovi off the road in Singapore. Can't see Lewis being phased by these kind of comments...
If Spamilton is wise, he might temper his aggression a bit in these last few races. If he puts, say Kimi, in the position of "I'm passing you or we're going to crash." He may find that crashing is in the cards. Not what he needs right now.
Whatever his style is, I realised the gremlins could be round the corner somewhere. He'd better bite the bullet.
I would like to see ol' Lewis in a lesser car. let's see if he can get to the front
I fully agree with Ron Dennis - Kubica should NOT make such comments as it is unsporting to say the least. Like Lewis said, (or meant) when others can't win races they can only 'winge'. Poor chaps, poorer losers!
I'm surprised Kubica would make a Ferrari comment. These are the same things the press would say about Senna. Ignore their crying, Lewis, and win the championship!
interesting comments from a driver who is more than capable of making contact with others, i seem to remember an incident where he drove straight in the side of Lewis and spun him, but I imagine he has 'forgotten' about that one??? Might be a bit less controversial if they all just kept their minds on the job at hand instead of 'flaming' each other all the time!!!
To do a pole AIN'T a response about his dirty driving style. Ham is dirtiest driver on the grid, and nearly all drivers think the same. Ham doesn't know how to drive with a SC on the track (see last year and this one), he overtakes opening the race line to push rivals out of the track (example: Ham pushing Massa in Germany this year, overtaking Alonso in Monza and more examples...) and then he cries in Spa because he gets what he does on every race.

" i do my talking on the track" yeah right dumb bell you sure did your talking on the track by doing the same daft move of locking wheels and slidding of the track. I'm sure glad Massa showed you that it's not only you who can dice besides your time is up flabber mouth. Mr Ron - please concentrate on developing your car by using legit data. What a laugh " i do my talking on the track" ... i assume you womn the race in Fuji? Nope - you choked - hahahaha!!!!
