Vettel: A lot can happen

Sebastian vettel has downplayed the 'favourite' tag that he carries into India, saying that while Red Bull have momentum, the situation could change.

With a run of three wins in three grands prix, Vettel has taken the lead in the Drivers' Championship by six points over Fernando Alonso.

The German's rise to the front of the pack has seen him billed as the favourite to claim this year's Drivers' title, which would be his third in a row.

Vettel, though, is taking nothing for granted.

"We had a good last couple of races but you know we've seen the Championship is pretty much up and down, a lot of things can happen," said the 25-year-old.

"I think we have to focus on ourselves; we need to have our best possible results and then we go from there."

He does, however, hope that Red Bull's run of form continues, allowing him to "carry that momentum through to the next races."
