Six teams test in Abu Dhabi

Caterham, Lotus, McLaren, Red Bull, Sauber and Toro Rosso will all be in action in Abu Dhabi over the next three days for the Young Driver Test.

While the likes of Ferrari, Force India, HRT, Marussia, Mercedes and Williams opted to test at either Silverstone or Magny Cours earlier in the season, the rest decided it was best to carry it out at the Yas Marina Circuit.

Red Bull have handed Antonio Felix da Costa his first taste of Formula One action with the Portuguese-born driver being given testing duties for day one.

McLaren, meanwhile, will have both Kevin Magnussen and Gary Paffett behind the wheel of the MP4-27 with the former taking charge in the morning and veteran Paffett taking over in the afternoon.

The 31-year-old Nicolas Prost - son of World Champion Alain - will drive for Lotus on Tuesday while Giedo van der Garde (Caterham), Robin Frijns (Sauber) and Luiz Razia (Toro Rosso) will also see some action.
