Ferrari yet to set launch date

Ferrari insist they are yet to select a date for the launch of their 2013 challenger.

Italian magazine Autosprint recently reported that the Maranello squad have settled on Saturday February 2 as the day on which they will take the covers off their new car.

However, the team say they haven't made a decision yet.

"We will make an announcement when the date is decided," a spokesperson told GPUpdate.net.

Last year Ferrari were forced to launched their F2012 on their official website after heavy snow at their Italian base forced them to cancel their original launch.

The squad will for the fourth successive season be represented by Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa with the former once again expected to challenge for the Drivers' Championship after he finished second behind Sebastian Vettel in 2012.
