'Vettel will win in super finish'

'Vettel will win in super finish'

Niki Lauda says F1 will get a "super finish in Sao Paulo" and that when all is said and done it will be Sebastian Vettel who emerges victorious.

Vettel and Fernando Alonso have ensured a thrilling end to this year's World Championship as the protagonists are separated by just 10 points with 50 still to play for.

The triple World Champ, though, reckons when it is all over it is Vettel who will have his third World title as Ferrari's F2012 is no match for the German's RB8.

"Nothing has changed," Lauda told Austria's Osterreich newspaper.

"What Vettel had in Abu Dhabi, that mistake won't happen a second time.

"I believe Red Bull will have learned and will have everything technically perfect in the last two races.

"Then it will be up to Vettel - and he has the fastest car, I think he will remain World Champion."

As for Alonso, Lauda reckons he will "just carry on as before" because although he "does everything right, it is not enough because Ferrari cannot compete with Red Bull."

The Spaniard, though, will push it all the way to the very end with Lauda predicting a "super finish in Sao Paulo."
