Ferrari's annual pre-season Wrooom event has been cancelled due to financial reasons.
Ahead of each new season, the Ferrari team and drivers head to the Italian ski resort Madonna di Campiglio for a bit of fun, games and public relations.
However, it appears this past January's gathering was the last, bringing to an end the event's 23-year history.
According to the Corriere dello Sport newspaper, Ferrari sponsor Philip Morris, who picks up the tab, has opted to cancel it due to financial reasons.
"The costs of the event are no longer sustainable therefore we are forced to delete it from our activities," said Philip Morris vice president Maurizio Arrivabene.
