Ferrari reject Fry reports

Ferrari have dismissed reports that engineering director Pat Fry has been sacked.

According to Sky Sports F1 Fry has become the latest high-profile employee to be sacked in the wake of the team's campaign following Formula 1's move to the new V6 engines.

It was also reported earlier this month that the Italian outfit have hired 10 new engineers, which followed hot on the heels that engine chief Luca Marmorini had also been dismissed.

Team principal Marco Mattiaci also admitted that the team are set for a major revamp and will they will be "different" in 2015, adding they won't make any announcements on the overhaul.

However, Sky Sports Online says a team spokesman has rejected reports that Fry had been sacked.
