Webber: I still feel 25

Webber: I still feel 25

He may be 36-years-old with only a 12-month Red Bull contract to his name, but Mark Webber is pretty confident 2013 won't be his last season in F1.

This year marks the Australian's 11th on the grid, but rarely a season goes by these days without reports suggesting that he will hang up his racing gloves at the end of the year.

Even though he is the oldest driver on the grid and despite not being tied down on a long-term deal with the Milton Keynes squad, Webber is still young at heart.

"I am the oldest but I am not the most experienced. Jenson Button has done the most races!" he told The Sun.

"It means absolutely jack s***. If Michael Schumacher was still on the grid, then how would that make me feel any different?

"I still feel 25. I know I am not but I feel young. I don't feel as though I am getting tired when driving the car. I feel good.

"I don't see this as my last year in Formula One. I have signed one-year contracts for the last four-years here even when I am fighting for the world Championship."

Webber will be the first to admit that he is not the golden child at Red Bull with the team's advisor Helmut Marko often criticising him.

Marko earlier this year questioned his ability to drive under pressure, but the veteran refuses to lose sleep over it.

"Of course I was not impressed with his comments but he has an agenda and I am not part of that," he said.

"I was never a Red Bull Junior driver. We are all entitled to our opinions."
