Schumi: It's good to have Kimi back

Michael Schumacher says he is "very happy" for Kimi Raikkonen following the Finn's decision to Formula One.

It wasn't that long ago that many thought they would never see the duo compete in F1 again after the seven-time World Champion retired in 2006 and Raikkonen quit the sport in 2009 to take part in the World Rally Championship.

However, with Schumacher coming out of retirement in 2010 and the Finn returning with Lotus this campaign, the pair will be reunited on the F1 grid.

Schumacher, who had some good on-track battles and fun times off it with Raikkonen before he hung up his gloves, is looking forward to racing against the 2007 World Champion.

"I'm happy for him, very happy for him," the German is quoted as saying by Autosport.

"It is the first day and let's see at the end of the three days (Sic) and then we can make a proper judgement of what those times were worth. But I am really happy for the team and for him."

He added: "It's great to have so many World Champions on the grid. It is going to be a good show for all of us."
