Kimi: Bulls are unbeatable

Kimi Raikkonen has ruled out matching the Red Bull's in qualifying but feels he can at least close the gap.

The Lotus driver, contesting his last Singapore GP with his current team, finished eighth in Friday night's second practice after posting a 1:45.778.

His time put the Finn 1.529s down on Sebastian Vettel's P1 time while he was also just under four-tenth short of his own team-mate's best time.

And although Raikkonen concedes the Bulls are unbeatable, he reckons he can close the gap.

"They were faster than anyone else, but just talking about my own lap time I think I can do much better," he said.

"I don't think I can match Red Bull, there is no chance, but that's the way it is.

"I had some traffic in the first lap so I'm not too worried about it.

"The car felt not too bad so we will have to see tomorrow what we can do on one lap. That's a normal Friday. Usually this downforce level suits us better."

As for his race-pace, the Ferrari-bound driver told ESPN that "it was not too bad.

"I haven't really seen what the others did but it was okay. I had a good feeling and I'm not too worried."
