Having already lost James Allison and Kimi Raikkonen to Ferrari, Lotus' head of aerodynamics Dirk de Beer is also heading to the Scuderia.
While there has been no official word from Ferrari, Autosport reports that de Beer will be heading to the Italian team where he will work alongside current head of aero Loic Bigois.
De Beer is expected to make the move at the end of this year when his contract with Lotus expires.
However, Lotus are at least getting one back as the team has signed Ferrari's chief aerodynamicist Nicolas Hennel.
The former McLaren and Renault man is scheduled to start work at Lotus next month with Autosport stating that he will "focus straightaway on the 2014 car."
