Kimi Raikkonen won't be present at tonight's Laureus Sports Award in Russia despite being nominated for the 'Sportsman of the Year' award.
The F1 World Champion will face stiff competition from the likes of Roger Federer and Tiger Woods for the prestigious award.
However, according to the event's organisers, Raikkonen won't be on hand to collect the trophy should he win.
Lewis Hamilton, though, will be.
The McLaren driver is up for the 'Breakthrough of the Year' award along with 2007 MotoGP Champion Casey Stoner and tennis' Novak Djokovic.
Ferrari are Formula One's other contender for a trophy having been nominated for the 'Team of the Year' accolade.
