Kimi Raikkonen is the favourite to win this year's World title, according to former F1 Champion Niki Lauda.
Raikkonen is leading the standings after four races, two of which he won, on 29 points while second placed Lewis Hamilton is nine points adrift.
More than the gap in the standings, though, is the advantage Raikkonen appears to have out on track. The reigning F1 Champ and his F2008 look to be in a league of their own at present.
Asked for his thoughts on Raikkonen's recent performances, Lauda told the official F1 website: "For the moment Kimi is definitely the leader of the pack, but we have to see how the next few races go."
As for the rival Hamilton, Lauda believes the McLaren driver will bounce back from his recent disappointments. The 23-year-old has failed to win any of the last three races.
"Lewis will certainly make a comeback - he just made a couple of mistakes in the beginning," said Lauda.
