George Russell and Daniil Kvyat will start the French Grand Prix from the final row of the grid after changing multiple power unit elements.
Kvyat’s penalty was known on Friday already as Honda fitted a new Spec 3 power unit to his Toro Rosso before adding additional penalties when they broke the seals on the Turbocharge and MGU-H.
He qualified P16 but will start the race 20th and last.
Russell was hit with penalties on Saturday after his Williams lost power in final practice.
His car was fitted with a new Control Electronics and Energy Store, earning the rookie a 15-place penalty and a P19 on the grid.
As the sharp end of the grid, Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas will start up front having once again locked out the front row for Mercedes.
Charles Leclerc is P3 ahead of Max Verstappen while Sebastian Vettel is a disappointing seventh.
