F1 2023 results: Sprint Shootout results from the Azerbaijan Grand Prix

The inaugural Sprint Shootout is now complete, and the latest set of F1 2023 results are in – with the grid now set for Saturday’s sprint around the Baku City Circuit.

Charles Leclerc backed up his pace from qualifying by putting his car first on the grid for the sprint on Saturday, pipping the Red Bulls of Sergio Perez and Max Verstappen in the top three.

Mercedes driver George Russell enjoyed a stronger session after being knocked out in Q2 on Friday, putting his Mercedes on the second row and beating Carlos Sainz, who rounded out the top five on the grid.

The sprint itself will start at 5.30pm local time in Azerbaijan (2.30pm UK), and we will have you covered on PlanetF1.com every step of the way on Saturday.
