Here are all the timings from FP2 of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix as Max Verstappen again takes top spot.

The Dutchman made it a practice one-two having topped the timesheets in both the afternoon and the evening’s running.

As the sun set on the Jeddah Corniche Circuit and the cars began to put in times in more realistic to the race conditions, it was Red Bull who unsurprisingly came out on top.

There were a few close calls with both Carlos Sainz and Nico Hulkenberg almost crashing into drivers on quick laps but, as was the case in the afternoon session, the practice runout ended without incident.

Toto Wolff emerged from his usual spot deep in the Mercedes garage to watch the cars go down the main straight through the fence as the Silver Arrows continued to struggle for performance. Lewis Hamilton finished in P11 while George Russell ended the day’s running in P5.

Aston Martin again impressed with Fernando Alonso in P2 while Alpine showed an improved performance to finish P4 and P6.
