Kevin Magnussen has said that talks to appear in the Daytona 24 Hours next month have fallen through and Le Mans is also not on the agenda for 2018.
The Dane was rumoured to be joining the likes of Fernando Alonso, Lando Norris, Lance Stroll, Paul di Resta and his father, Jan, in Florida on January 28-29 for the famous endurance event.
And, while it was part of his initial plans, Magnussen has revealed that an agreement could not to be reached with Action Express Racing team.
"There was some talks with a team, but for a variety of reasons there is no deal," Magnussen told Danish newspaper BT. "It will have to be another time.
"There's also no chance that I will do Le Mans this year," he added.
