Mercedes didn’t disappoint despite their hints at an exciting livery failing to produce the much-anticipated green-and-blue camo look.

The team began the build-up to Wednesday’s launch with a look back at their F1 cars, winners of the last five championship doubles.

The W10 was introduced to the world online with fans immediately proclaiming it to be a beautiful car… and we all know what they say about good looking cars.

A close up of the car’s new-for-2019 front wing, one of the major changes in this year’s regulations.

Lewis Hamilton, who will drive the car at Silverstone on Wednesday, really liked it.

His team-mate Valtteri Bottas had the honour of putting in the first laps in the W10 as he hit the track on Wednesday morning.

Lewis Hamilton then took over driving duties, and was suitably impressed…
