Provisional German Grand Prix grid

Provisional German GP grid
Sebastian Vettel will start Sunday’s German GP from the front of the grid having secured pole position while Daniel Ricciardo is at the very back.
Vettel stormed to pole in Saturday’s qualifying, claimed the coveted grid slot with a new lap record of 1:11.212.
That put him 0.204s up on Mercedes’ Valtteri Bottas.
As for the other Mercedes, Lewis Hamilton will start 14th on the grid after a hydraulic issue meant he could not take his place in Q2.
Meanwhile at the back of the grid is Ricciardo.
The Aussie has taken new engine parts this weekend, pushing him beyond the penalty-free limit.
As such he has a 20-place grid drop, but he has been boosted slightly to P19 as Pierre Gasly has also taken on new power unit elements, putting him in dead last.
