All the angles of the Racing Point RP20 livery
More shots of the new Racing Point RP20 livery have been revealed following a special launch presentation in Mondsee, Austria.
This is the last season we will see Racing Point in its current guise as they will be relaunching as Aston Martin ahead of the 2021 season.
The major commercial change ahead of this upcoming campaign is the removal of bookmaker SportPesa as their title sponsor. As a result, all SportPesa branding has been removed from the car.
BWT, already a major sponsor of the team, are now the new title sponsors, too.
Unsurprisingly, Racing Point kept an unchanged driver line-up for 2020. Lance Stroll, son of team owner, Lawrence, is partnered by Sergio Perez.
They were on hand to reveal the new car in their new very pink race suits.
Racing Point finished a respectable P7 in the Constructors’ Championship in 2019 following an uncertain year as the team transitioned from Force India.
The RP20 livery is not on the RP20 car. A show model was used ahead of pre-season testing, where we will see the real thing, on Wednesday.
