A record-equalling campaign saw Sebastian Vettel romp to the 2013 title, can you remember all 13 of his wins on the way there?
Vettel claimed his fourth and final World Championship in Formula 1 back in 2013, a triumph which proved to be the most dominant of all in his streak of four World Championships in a row.
Initially is seemed as though Vettel could face a stern challenge in pursuit of the 2013 title, Fernando Alonso looking strong while Mercedes were also threatening in what was the final season before the introduction of V6 turbo hybrid engines.
But, a rampage from Vettel of nine successive wins blew the competition out of the water as he took the title with a buffer of 155 points.
His victory tally by the end of the campaign stood at 13, putting him level with Michael Schumacher for most wins in a season, Vettel’s fellow German having achieved that in his dominant title-winning 2004 campaign.
So, what we want you to do is correctly name all 13 countries where Vettel took the win in 2013.
Think fast though, you have only three minutes on the clock to complete this quiz, and there are a few countries on the list that may not immediately come to mind.
And after you have completed this quiz, sticking with the theme of title-winning seasons, have a go at naming every podium finish for Nigel Mansell in 1992 on his way to the title.
Vettel recently demoed Mansell’s FW14B from that season which he bought, running it on a fully sustainable fuel at Silverstone.
Also, make sure to try Sportword, where you have six attempts to correctly guess a new F1-related word every day.
So those will keep you busy later on, first it is time to identify those 13 victories for Vettel back in his last title-winning year. Good luck!
