Be In The Driving Seat And Win

Sahara Force India have just launched a pretty awesome chair as part of their upcycled F1 range with our friends at Memento Exclusives.

This brings a whole new meaning to sitting in an F1™ car! The designers at Memento looked over the curves of the 2012 Sahara Force India engine cover and decided that it would make a sexy-looking chair for fans of the team. A few sketches and design concepts later, they came up with this beauty.

The seat is ergonomically designed for a comfortable, semi-upright seating position and has padded, polyurethane upholstery for durability. Each chair has been hand-crafted in the UK and no engine covers were hurt in the process! The race-used VJM05 covers were carefully attached using their original bolt holes to prevent any damage to their original racing heritage.

Only 8 of these 2012 chairs will be produced and 2 of those have already been reserved, so act quick if you fancy one of these for your living room. At £3950 a chair, they don’t fit in every fan’s budget but there are other, affordable pieces available – check out the limited edition Black Wheel Rim Tables, belts made from melted-down car radiators and more in the Memento Shop.

To co-incide with the launch of PlanetF1 Fantasy Racing, Memento Exclusives has once again come to the table and fans who sign up for the game before the season-opening Australian GP will go into the draw for a black Sahara Force India Wheel Rim Table signed by Nico Hulkenberg.
