Bottas: All the hard work for nothing

Valtteri Bottas was fuming after being hit from behind by Kimi Raikkonen while racing towards the podium in Sunday's Russian GP.
As one of the drivers who opted not to stop behind the second Safety Car at Sochi, the Williams driver had a tough battle working his way through the traffic of first Daniel Ricciardo and then Sergio Perez.
But having done so, taking Perez on the final lap, the podium was within his sights.
However, Bottas was within Raikkonen's.
The Ferrari driver made a daring lunge that did not work as instead he booted Bottas into the barriers while he limped to the line and now faces a possible penalty.
Bottas was not happy.
He told the BBC: "I got past Perez and approaching Turn Four someone hit me from behind. It's really disappointing because it's ruined my day."
Asked whether his compatriot deserves a penalty for causing the collision, Bottas answered: "I would guess so but I would have to see the video.
"It feels pretty bad when it ends up like this. All the hard work doesn't matter when you end up with zero points."
