With rumours circulating that 2009 World Champion Jenson Button could return to Williams in 2017, current driver Felipe Massa is not fazed.
Button made his F1 debut with Williams back in 2000 but moved on a year later to join Benetton.
Now with McLaren for the past six years, Button’s contract will come to an end at the end of 2016, with rookie driver Stoffel Vandoorne in line to replace to him.
Massa, though, is not concerned over the speculation linking the Brit to a return at Williams and added that he is prepared for whatever outcome occurs at the end of the season.
“For sure not,” the Brazilian answered when quizzed by PA Sport.
“We all know about rumours in Formula One, and to be honest I am zero scared and worried about anything.
“I am really happy working for Williams – this is a team which gives me a lot of pleasure to work for – and I see the same with them working for me.
“It would be nice to stay, but it would be nice to stay in a team where you really see that you can do a good job and have a good future. I am ready for everything to be honest.”
