Christian Horner believes Sebastian Vettel will “absolutely” be with Red Bull in 2014 despite rumours of a pending move to Ferrari.

Committed to Red Bull for next season, Ferrari are thought to already have a contract with Vettel for 2014 which is when he will replace Felipe Massa.

Both parties have denied the rumours in recent weeks with Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo even going as far as to say it would destabilise Ferrari – after all you “don’t want two roosters in the hen-house.”

Di Montezemolo’s denial did little to stop the rumours especially as Ferrari have only renewed Massa’s contract for one season, leaving a space for 2014.

Horner, though, is adamant he will hold onto his World Champion.

“There’s a lot of speculation,” the Red Bull team boss told Sky Sports F1.

“Sebastian’s happy where he is [and will] absolutely be here in 2014. No doubt about it.”
