Pre-Season Calendar

Date published: January 22 2016

Although testing gets underway later this month, F1 fans will have to wait until February to see the new 2016 cars in action.

This year’s test schedule kicks off with a two-day Pirelli outing that will focus on wet tyres. Only three teams – Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull – are down to take part.

It will be a very different story a month later when all 11 teams – including the new Haas outfit – are expected at Barcelona for the first official pre-season test.

The first pre-season test begins on 22 February at the Spanish track.
