Raikkonen hit with gearbox penalty

Kimi Raikkonen will drop five places on the Monaco Grand Prix grid following a gearbox change on Saturday morning.
The Ferrari driver qualified P6 for Sunday’s 78-lap race around the streets of Monte Carlo.
He posted a best time of 1:14.732 to finish 1.110 seconds behind pole-sitter Daniel Ricciardo.
However, in light of the mandatory penalty, he will now start 11th.
Ferrari were forced to change the gearbox of Raikkonen’s SF16-H in the wake of Saturday morning’s final practice.
