Ahead of Sunday's Chinese Grand Prix, Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen set the fastest time in practice session two as he expressed his views on Friday's proceedings…
Looking forward to FP3 and qualifiers, which has been reverted to the 2015 format, the Finn explained that while the supersoft tyres were the best compound, the mediums and the softs felt slippery.
Despite being quickest in the second session, Raikkonen felt that it wasn't an ideal session as Friday's drive was all about gathering data to find out what will work and what won’t.
"We will see what the conditions are, it will be the same for everybody," the 2007 World Champion told Sky Sports.
"Not an easy day, but maybe the wind or whatever, it felt very slippery. With the supersoft it improved a bit, but nowhere near ideal.
"I only used the medium in the morning and it didn't feel very good. But the softs didn't feel very good, the supersoft was the best, but it is too early to say."
