Adrian Sutil has not ruled out remaining at Force India for next season despite reports that he will be replaced by Nico Hulkenberg.

Three drivers are vying for the two places at Force India for 2012; Sutil, Hulkenberg and Paul di Resta.

And although the team has yet to confirm their line-up, rumours in the paddock claim it will be Hulkenberg and di Resta with Sutil getting the boot.

However, the German is refusing to believe the rumours.

“I do see myself in Formula One next season. Force India clearly is the priority,” he told the official F1 website.

“I remember when I joined this team it was nowhere and with hard work we have managed to push the team forward to deliver good points.

“Together we’ve all done a good job so why would someone change horses in the middle of an upward trend? I believe that Vijay (Mallya) also understands that.”

Pressed as to whether there is a chance he’ll be at Force India next season, Sutil said: “I very likely could be.”
