Adrian Sutil will start Sunday’s Bahrain GP from the very back of the grid after being slapped with a five-place penalty.

The Sauber driver was found guilty of impeding Romain Grosjean during Q1 at the Sakhir circuit.

Coming up to complete his out-lap, Grosjean was baulked by Sutil and pushed wide.

The stewards ruled that the German had “forced car 8 off the track between turns 13 and 14 in an unsafe manner.”

Sutil was also handed two penalty points.
