Force India have joined the list of teams that will unveil their 2016 car in the hours before pre-season testing begins at Barcelona.
Last year Force India delayed their 2015 car’s debut until the final test but still managed to finish a career best P5 in the championship, thanks largely to the introduction of a B-spec car at the British Grand Prix.
This year, though, the team’s preparations have gone according to plan and as such the VJM09 will be in action on the opening day of testing with the covers coming off 30 minutes prior to the green light.
Sergio Perez and Nico Hulkenberg will both be on hand although the team has yet to announced which of the two will have the honour of putting the first laps on the new car.
Here’s the plan for testing next week: The VJM09 will break cover on Monday morning at 8:30am Spanish time in the BCN pit lane #FeelTheForce

Red Bull, Williams, Haas, Manor and Toro Rosso will also launch their cars as testing gets underway on Monday.
