Wehrlein given ‘all-clear’ after Button crash

Pascal Wehrlein has taken to Twitter to reveal he has been given the "all-clear" following further medical checks after the Monaco Grand Prix.
Wehrlein was tipped onto his side by Jenson Button on the exit of Portier as two back-markers battled it out for position in Monte Carlo.
The German was initially cleared at the track's medical facility on Sunday, but required further examination to check if he had reaggravated the neck and back injuries he sustained at the Race of Champions event which forced him to miss the first two races of the season.
Antonio Giovinazzi had been on standby to cover for Wehrlein again, but the Mercedes prodigy has declared that he is fit to compete at the upcoming Canadian Grand Prix.
