Wehrlein: Manor can fight Renault

Scoring his first World Championship point in Austria, Pascal Wehrlein believes Manor can take on Renault in the championship.
Last time out at the Red Bull Ring, Wehrlein qualified in 12th place and followed it up with an "amazing" P10 a day later in the grand prix.
It was the DTM Champion's first point in Formula 1 and only Manor's second top-ten result.
But having achieved it, the rookie reckons his team can now challenge Renault in the championship standings.
"I think we improved a lot since the beginning of the season," Wehrlein said. "Now the last few races we are fighting every race with Sauber or Renault.
"The first race was very disappointing. We were far off the pace when we came to Bahrain, which was a bit better, but then China was not that good. At the beginning we were still struggling a lot I would say, and we improved a lot.
"I hope we can keep that momentum and improve even more for the next races and then as I said hopefully we can even fight with Renault in the championship.
"That would be great and I will push as hard as I can."
Renault have scored just six points, putting them five ahead of Manor.
