Who Is Hot In Fantasy Racing

With a victory in round two, the Malaysian GP, Ferrari have emerged as the hottest buy in Fantasy Racing but the temperature change in China could cool them off.

Lewis Hamilton remains the big draw card in PlanetF1.com's Fantasy Racing after a pole position and a runner-up result in Sepang saw him bring in 114 points while many team managers have shied away from also spending the big bucks on Sebastian Vettel. But that doesn't mean they can't spend a few on Ferrari.

Costing just 9,000,000, Ferrari have come to the fore as the most bought constructor and were also the highest scores in that category in Malaysia. But with cooler temperatures expected at the Shanghai circuit, it could be gamble to stick with the Scuderia.

So who to buy and who to sell ahead of China…

Hamilton remains a must have as he has topped the scorescards in both races this season with his tally per race far outstripping the second and third highest scorers combined.

But with almost a third of the budget going on the reigning World Champion, smaller buys are needed.

The Toro Rosso rookies of Carlos Sainz and Max Verstappen, both of whom finished inside the top ten, look set to continue that form while Mercedes top the engine category for most bought component.

In sharp contrast, steer away from the likes of Honda, McLaren-Honda, and both the team's drivers as the Woking outfit has yet to get it right.
